Follow the steps
- Uninstall QuickBooks Software
- Find the files at:
- C:\Users\(current user)\AppData\Local\Intuit\QuickBooks (year)
- C:\ProgramData\Intuit\QuickBooks (year)
- Rename the file and you will get the error “Access Denied.”
- Right-click and select the taskbar.
- Select process tab.
- Now, select the files QBDBMgr.exe, Qbw32.exe, QBDBMgrN.exe and QBCFMonitorService.exe.
- Click on End Process.

- Rename Sync Manager folder to fix the issue
- Close QuickBooks and Sync Manager
- Now, rename Sync Manager to SyncManager.old.
