How to Fix This Error?

  1. Close QuickBooks
  2. Go to C:\ProgramData\Intuit\Entitlement Client\v8
  3. Delete Entitlementdatastore.ECML file

Once you have deleted the Entitlement data store.ECML file. You can restart QuickBooks. It should work properly.

The reason to Delete the Entitlementdatastore.ECML file that it was corrupted. After some time we restart QuickBooks it would create a new file that would be error-free and your QuickBooks should work perfectly fine.
