Not able to Enter item Number on Sales Receipt in QuickBooks

  • You also need to select the account type using the “Account” tab.
  • Next, give the item rate, including the tax code
  • Click on “Save & Close”
  • Sales receipt window appears
  • Choose the quantity sold
  • Click on the “Payment Method” and choose the correct mode
  • Next, click on the checkbox of either “To be printed” or “To be e-mailed”
  • Click on “Save & Close”
